10 YEAR SHELL STRUCTURAL Izzi Bath and Spas warrants the spa (acrylic structure only) against water loss due to defects in spa shell for a period of ten (10) years. 5 YEAR SHELL SURFACE Izzi Bath and Spas warrants the interior surface of the spa against blisters, cracks, or delamination for period of five (5) years. 5 YEAR PLUMBING Izzi Bath and Spas warrants the factory-installed plumbing components not to leak for a period of five (5) years. This warranty specifically covers leaks from jet fittings, internal plumbing, internal glue joints, and hoses. 1 YEAR EQUIPMENT Izzi Bath and Spas warrants the spa’s electrical equipment components-specifically, the pump(s), heater, and control system, against malfunctions due to defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. EXTENT OF WARRANTY COVERAGE This warranty extends to the original retail purchaser of the spa or whirlpool, for personal, family or household use only and is not transferable or enforceable by any other party.The warranty registration card provided at the time of purchase must be completed and signed by the original retail purchaser and mailed to Izzi Bath & Spa no later than 15 days from the date of purchase. Warranty shall take effect on the original date of purchase and delivery. PERFORMANCE OF WARRANTY Izzi Bath & Spa will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any spa or component found to be defective under the terms of this warranty.Izzi Bath & Spa reserves the right to substitute a spa or component of equal value, either new or factory reconditioned and any such repair or replacement shall resume its warranty on only the remaining portion of the warranty on the original product.Spa surface repairs will be made for functional purposes. Non-defective replacement parts required to complete warranty claims will not be covered under the terms of this warranty.The original owner is responsible for any freight and/or delivery charges on a replacement spa. Repairs performed after the first year are subject to an hourly service charge at the current published rate. Izzi Bath & Spa is not responsible for any costs associated with the access, removal, or installation of the replacement spa. WARRANTY COVERAGE SHELL STRUCTURAL WARRANTY: During years one (1) through ten (10), Izzi Bath & Spa will repair or replace at Izzi Bath & Spa’s option, spa shell structural defects that result in water loss to the original owner. Each repair or replacement will be prorated based on current published retail prices for the same or similar spa or repair cost and the number of months lapsed since date of original purchase. Proof of date of purchase is required. Izzi Bath & Spa’s liability is limited under the terms set forth above.Izzi Bath & Spa will not be responsible for any installation costs, access to spas, freight costs or lost time. SHELL SURFACE WARRANTY: During years one (1) through three (3), Izzi Bath & Spa will repair or replace at Izzi Bath & Spa’s option, the spa at no charge.During years three (3) through five (5), Izzi Bath & Spa will repair or replace at Izzi Bath & Spa’s option, to the original owner, upon payment of a prorate charge for repair or replacement.Each repair or replacement will be prorated based on current published retail prices for the same or similar spa or repair cost and the number of months lapsed since date of original purchase. Proof of date of purchase is required. Izzi Bath & Spa’s liability is limited under the terms set forth above.Izzi Bath & Spa will not be responsible for any installation costs, access to spas, freight costs or lost time. EQUIPMENT WARRANTY: Factory installed electrical equipment components—specifically the pump(s), heater and control systems are covered 100%, parts and labor, for one (1) year from date of delivery. Warranty will take effect on DELIVERY date even if start up is at a later date. After one (1) year the original manufacturer’s warranties, if any, will take effect. JET WARRANTY: Jets are warranted for one (1) year from date of manufacture against defects in material or workmanship only.No labor coverage on jet replacement and/or cleaning of jets or adjusting jets. CABINET WARRANTY: The wood spa cabinet is warranted for five (5) years against structural damage.The synthetic spa cabinet is warranted for ten (10) years against structural damage. Cosmetic defects are warranted for two (2) years. REPLACEMENT COST OF THE COMPONENTS WILL BE BASED UPON PUBLISHED RETAIL PRICES, TRIP CHARGE IF APPLICABLE AND REASONABLE TRAVEL COST BEYOND 30 MILES. COMMERCIAL LIMITATIONS AND/OR SPA MODIFICATIONS In addition to the User Warranty exclusions, our warranty does not cover commercial installations, if the unit has been altered or modified in any way or unit is sold on “as is” basis. The company is not responsible for loss of use, profit or spa surroundings under any circumstances.Our warranty does not cover spa shells sold for commercial installation. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS 1.The warranty shall be invalid if the spa has been subjected to any alterations, misuse, and abuses, or if any repairs are attempted by anyone other than an authorized Izzi Bath & Spa service agent. 2.Damage resulting from operating the spa at a water temperature outside the range of 32 degrees F to 104 degrees F for any reason. 3.Spa surface damage or discoloration resulting from improper maintenance. (a)The use of sanitizers such as Tri-Chlor tablets or sticks.Calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite, acid and any chemical that may dissolve or remain solidified on the shell or cabinet surface. (b)The use of any caustic cleaning solution. 4.Damage to pressure switches, seals or heater due to improper water chemistry. 5.Normal cabinet wear. (All surfaces react differently to environmental conditions and are not covered by this warranty.) 6.The spa cover is not manufactured by Izzi Bath & Spa and any claim must be through the cover manufacturer. 7.Fiber optic lighting (See manufacturers’ warranty) 8.Damage caused by failure to follow procedures defined in Owner’s Manual. 9.Damage caused by improper or incorrect electrical hook-up. 10.Damage occurring to the unit during installation is the responsibility of the installer and/or building contractor. 11.Spa pillow, spa light bulb, spa filter element, fuses, spa hose bib, fiberoptic light bulb, and ozone bulb. 12.Scratches and damage caused by normal use. 13.Damage caused by moving the spa. 14.All spa accessories and add on jet accessories. 15.Improper winterizing of spa.Damage caused by freezing. 16.Consumer installation of spa shell for in-ground or deck installations (including leaks and/or labor charges). These spa shells must be pressure tested by city code before backfilling. 17.GFCI nuisance tripping not covered by Izzi Bath and Spas warranty. 18.Loud pump noise. 19.Damage caused by pests, insects, rodents, etc., to plumbing, wiring, foam, cabinet or equipment. 20.Acts of God. . DISCLAIMERS Except as expressed herein, there shall be no other warranty or obligation, expressed or implied, oral or statutory. Izzi Bath and Spa Manufacturing, its agents, or employees shall in no event be liable for injury to any person or for any claim for damage, however arising. All consequential expenses including loss of use, chemicals, damage, or contingent liabilities arising out of any alleged deficiencies of the spa are specifically excluded.Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
