| Spa Service pricing and policies
Izzi published service rates are as follows.
The first hour of our service rate covers our preparation and travel time. Every hour after that is at the standard service rate. The minimum service charge is one hour and any additional time will be calculated in 15 minute intervals. If your service requires an additional visit, you will only be charged for on the job time as long as this is required for the same spa problems. Spa service can involve a lot of problem solving and part ordering and locating in order to solve your spas problems. We do not charge for this office time, but it is reflected in our hourly rate. The Clermont Florida address is used to determine the travel distance and rate. We encourage you to use Google maps to determine your first hour rate.
Service warranty
Izzi warranties our work for 90 days from the completion of your service. The parts are warranted by the manufactures and if we supplied the parts we will handle the return and replacement. After 90 days, the standard labor rates will apply. Heating elements and cartridge filters are not warranted by any manufacture due to the susceptibility to the water conditions.
We require the online form to be completed prior to us working on your spa. We do this to prevent unneeded service and problems that can be resolved over the phone. We have found this to save our customers a lot of labor charges. This also enables us to send you an advance estimate based on what you tell us. We will try to send you an estimate the same day that your online form is completed. The online form will take you about 10 minutes to complete.
Multiple spa problems:
It is not uncommon to have more then one problem effecting your spa. We do our best to determine this, but problems with the controller make most testing of components impossible until it is in good working order. To Test an entire spa and all functions, takes about an hour and a half and we don't do this unless you request us to. We will only address the reported problems and any that are related to it. This is another reason that it is so important to carefully fill out the service form.
