No matter where our cabinets are installed, they are guaranteed to hold up. Our experienced cabinet makers start with the highest quality pressure treated lumber that is impervious to insects and moisture to construct the cabinet's substructure and framing. Next, the framing is tied together with IZZi's attractive synthetic Evergrain top-rail system which gives the cabinet exceptional strength by evenly distributing the extreme weight of the spa when filled. This weight can easily reach 6000 lbs. once it is filled with water and people. The final step is to install the Royal Wood spa skirting. This material is made up of co-extruded composite material that is UV resistant and will not rot, absorb moisture, delaminate or split. Once the skirting is complete, the cabinet is lined with Thermashield insulation to increase the energy efficiency of the spa.
